Here's another simple school valentine treat that doesn't include candy.
I found the silly eye rings at the party store again...but I've seen bags of them at Target in the party favor section, too.
And if you don't like the rings, silly glasses or even just stick on googly eyes would work, too!
To attach the rings to the cards, I used a 1/8" hole punch and made two holes. Then I just threaded the twine through the holes and tied the ring on.
