party diy: party hat cupcake toppers
If you've been following me on instagram, you already know that I've been gearing up for our little girl's 2nd birthday party on Saturday.
{click on the hash tag #sistersturningtwo and you can see all my projects at once!}
Last week, I IGed a pic of the party hat cupcake toppers I made from cupcake liners and thought I'd share how quick and easy they are to make.
If you're like me, you probably have a huge mismatched collection of stray cupcake liners...grab those...or a matching set if that's more your style...some mini pom poms, and a low temp glue gun.
Then just start folding the liners in half and rolling them into a cone shape.
Put a tiny line of glue to seal it shut.
Then dab a little more glue on a pom pom and attach it to the top of the cone so it looks like a party hat.
All done!
So bright and cheery...and so whimsical...they're going to be perfect for the party!
