Since I have a serger, I have a boatload of thread cones already, and this is great way to save (time and money!) on constantly changing spools of thread.
Thanks Cheryl! I never knew this item existed! And I too have a Janome machine which I absolutely love!! Now if we could only find a super-sized bobbin holder....that's my pet peeve...running out of bobbin thread.
I tried one of these a couple of years ago, same spool stand. I could never get the tension right on my machine. I ended up using the thread for my bobbin.
