I just happen to stumble on your blog, & I seen these hydrangeas & they are very very pretty, I would love to live next door to you because they are one of my favorite flowers has well. Well have a great day
That is too cute! :o) I really love the white. Mine are blue. :o) Poor things, I thought they died last winter, but they brought a beautiful show this summer! I am trying a little something new on my blog if you would like to drop by.
I had planned on planting some hydrangeas in our yard this year but we just have not had enough rain... maybe next year because I adore them. The white ones are WONDERFUL!
Now all you need is your neighbor to bring you a hydrangea plant! These are so pretty. Mine are the purple ones and are just starting to bloom the and get their color in the flowers. I can't wait to cut them and bring them in. Thanks for sharing!
You are so right, hydrangeas are great! And you can grow them in pots too, there's nothing like seeing all the tiny flowers come to life! All the best, and I'd love to see you again at my Sunday blog linking party!
I love, love, LOVE Hydrangeas, sadly they don't do well where I live so before my Hydrangea suffered any longer I brought it to my mothers and wouldn't you know just 30 miles away the weather is perfect for it! She has the greenest thumb, mine is black! Every time I visit I see it from the dinette window, it's gorgeous and she says oh...just cut the flowers off and take them home, I would except I'm afraid they'd die on the way and I'd arrive home with sad wilted twigs! Those look beautiful! I may just have to risk it and cut them all off to have a big bunch to admire!!! I love the white. The plant I gave her was purple, it's still in the same container (really big one) but now it's pink, must be the water or her magic touch!
I want them SO bad and have a great spot but I'm scared the deer will love them more than me. I just saw the post that they grow well in pots, going to give it a try.

ReplyDeleteI so wish that I could grow hydrangeas...but they don't like our alkaline soil. These are lovely.
ReplyDeleteThey are really beautiful and I love seeing all the pictures that people have of them throughout the blog world. Enjoy your treat!
